The San Francisco Flower & Garden Show will take place March 19-23, 2014 at the San Mateo Event Center, Wed-Sat 10am-7pm and Sunday 10am-6pm.

FAQ: Tickets
When I purchased two tickets online, both printed out in my name. Does it matter?
No it does not make any difference. Each ticket has its own Ticket ID. Just make sure that it is not the same ticket printed twice.
My computer died, or is very slow, and it did not give me the option to print my tickets. How can I reprint them?
If you received a confirmation email that you purchased your tickets your transaction did go thru. Look at the confirmation email, it should give you an option to reprint your tickets. If you need more help please call 415-684-7278, extension 2. We can resend your confirmation email or reprint your tickets.

How much are a child's ticket?
Children 16 and under are free.
Can I purchase a Senior ticket online?
No. Senior tickets are only available at the gate. They are $18, and you need to be 65 years or older.
If I decide to come a second day, can I upgrade my one day Early Bird or any other ticket?
Yes, There is a flat rate of $15 to upgrade any ticket into an All Show Pass. Come to any ticket booth at the show, and they will upgrade it for you.
Where is Will Call?
Will Call is located at the East Gate, the Saratoga Entrance, in the big entrance tent. There is no Will Call at the West gate.
My friend has my ticket inside the show? Can you let me in to find her/him?
Unfortunately no. Please make a meeting place outside the front gate, or call that person to get them to come out. Please plan ahead.
