In this presentation, Martin will explore the style knowns as the "Dutch wave", developed in The Netherlands.  You will learn what were the circumstances that gave birth to this movement, the basic principles of design upon which this particular style is rooted, and the four principal designers associated with this style.  You will also explore briefly some of the Top 10 plants considered as the basis of design for "The Dutch wave" and compare them to plants that are similar in structure, function, environmental impact, and aesthetics that we can use in some of the California Landscapes."
