We are so excited to have Nicole Easterday join us this year. 

Nicole is the founder of FARMcurious, and she will be bringing her passion for teaching the science of cheesemaking and fermenting to the FARMcurious Kitchen.

Nicole is an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional and Subject Matter Expert. She teaches science-focused cheesemaking and fermenting classes for individuals and team-building. She received her ACS Certified Cheese Professional certification in 2020, her artisan cheesemaking certificate from the College of Marin in 2011,  She placed seventh in Cheesemonger Invitational in 2019. She loves to meet new people and geek out on curds.

Nicole has created a fantastic program!  Each day she will have a class for fermented veggies, cheese making, and fermented beverages.

Workshop Tickets:  

An Admission ticket must be purchased separately.  The Workshop fee of $15 will cover the cost of materials.  Workshops are limited to 24.  To ensure your space you should purchase your ticket as soon as possible.  When purchasing your ticket you will need to purchase it for a specific day and workshop.   


General Admission ticket is required and is not included
